Moving Mondays: The Gift of Pollination

It’s almost spring, and the flowers are slowly opening their petals all around us – unveiling their quiet beauty as they wait to be pollinated – and to pass life on to the next generation.

I am so pleased to share this message and the story of nature this week at the opening of the Children’s Garden at The Dallas Arboretum with a special screening of Wings Of Life, the perfect film showcase for the spectacular relationship between pollinators and flora. If you have a local arboretum or botanical garden, I hope you take some time to revel in the natural beauty of flowers – as this beauty is nature’s tool for survival – as we protect what we love!

Reflection for the week:

Look for new growth all around you as Spring arrives – and remember that this is the promise of renewal, the promise of growth.
